Substance use disorder (SUD)

This group involves individuals with similar addiction challenges supporting each other in a safe, therapist-led environment. Participants share experiences, discuss coping strategies, and build a sense of community, fostering mutual encouragement and accountability. This collective support aids in developing healthier behaviors and sustaining long-term sobriety.

Mental Health (MH)

A mental health support group helps individuals with various conditions by providing a safe, supportive space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and gain mutual encouragement under the guidance of a trained facilitator.

Alcohol Support Group (ASG)

An alcoholics support group helps individuals with addiction by providing a safe space to share experiences, gain support, and learn recovery strategies, guided by a trained facilitator. (Counts as an AA meeting)

Children's Group (CG-MS, CG-HS, CG-ART)

A children's support group helps kids develop skills to cope with stress and life challenges by providing a supportive environment to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build resilience. Art group also utilizes art as a form of coping, allowing children to express their emotions creatively and constructively.

Domestic Violence (MDV,WDV)

Domestic violence group therapy for offenders focuses on reducing aggression by teaching healthier behaviors and coping strategies in a supportive, therapist-led setting. Participants learn to understand their triggers, manage anger, and build respectful relationships.

Co-occurring Disorders (COD)

A mental health support group assists individuals with both mental health issues and addiction by offering a safe space to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and receive mutual support, guided by a trained facilitator.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT IOP)

Assertive Community Treatment supports individuals with mental health and addiction issues by providing comprehensive, community-based care and support, helping them manage their conditions and improve their quality of life. Non-ACT members welcome.

Parenting Support Group (PARENT-SG)

A parenting support group offers guidance, encouragement, and shared experiences to help parents navigate challenges, build stronger relationships with their children, and foster a supportive community.
